My Name is Rose McGuire and I hired Bunkum Valley to replace the roof on my building. It is a flat rubber roof. I am here to say that the crew is very efficient and prompt in service. After completing the project I had a small leak in back and they immediately returned and fixed at no additional cost to me. I am very satisfied with their work and glad to see that their warranty is also good. I would recommend their service without hesitation.

“Bunkum Valley Roofing performed a couple of roofing jobs for us this past year. The largest of these being our main facility at the Cigar Factory Complex in Owensboro, KY. I would like to take this time to recognize the outstanding job they did with all of the locations but this one in particular as there were a few leaks that took several trips and touch-ups to take care of. At no time did they act as though this was a hassle to them, they were very eager to come out and take a look and ensure the word was top notch and what we paid for. Spectacular job on our shop roof
“A+++++ Bunkum Valley Roofing did a spectacular job on our shop roof. A large job that needed sections replaced, areas repaired. They did an excellent job fixing the roof. Then they sealed and coated the entire roof. From step one to completion, they handled everything efficiently, expertly, professionally always on time and the crew was fantastic. Always keep the area clean and safe. Jason was very informative, polite and helpful thoroughly explaining the processes and checking in every day of the repairs with updates and making sure we were taken care of. Thanks Jason and to everyone at Bunkum Valley Roofing! It takes a team of professionals to do such a great job with excellent customer service. We highly recommend them and if the need arises call them for any future needs.”

“This year our business had a large flat roof with many leaks. Bunkum Valley applied the polyurethane foam and coating and we’ve never been happier. The customer service was great, timely and very professional.

Bunkum Valley Roofing did the roof on our business August 2017. First let me say that their appraiser, Jason came out in July of 2017 and quoted us on the repairs our roof needed. When he arrived he went up on the roof and walked the entire area as Jason explained their process and the issues our roof had and what it would take to solve those issues. He was very thorough and informative. We had numerous other companies give us quotes as well. Most were in the same ballpark and a couple were even less. We chose Bunkum Valley Roofing because Jason made a great impression on us He was honest, forthright, knowledgeable and knew his business. We felt they were the best choice among the 15 companies who quoted us. When Jason and his crew showed up on day one we were very impressed with how fast they went to work. They worked all day with barely a break. The team was amazing like a choreographed ballet. Everyone knew their job and went to it with gusto. At the end of everyday they left the work area clean and never left a mess behind. This was a major undertaking and most companies quoted us a 7 to 12 days. Jason and his crew had it done in 4 days. We had them replace 4 skylights and fix a trouble area that had leaking issues for years. Since the restoration system has been installed we have not had a single issue. More impressive Jason has stopped in a couple times to check in and make sure all was well. Now that’s customer service! We highly recommend Bunkum Valley Roofing for all your roofing needs. They did an exceptional job with dedication and great customer service. When our other building is ready for a new roof guess who we will be calling to do the job. That’s right Bunkum Valley Roofing!
