Bunkum Valley Roofing did the roof on our business August 2017. First let me say that their appraiser, Jason came out in July of 2017 and quoted us on the repairs our roof needed. When he arrived he went up on the roof and walked the entire area as Jason explained their process and the issues our roof had and what it would take to solve those issues. He was very thorough and informative. We had numerous other companies give us quotes as well. Most were in the same ballpark and a couple were even less. We chose Bunkum Valley Roofing because Jason made a great impression on us He was honest, forthright, knowledgeable and knew his business. We felt they were the best choice among the 15 companies who quoted us. When Jason and his crew showed up on day one we were very impressed with how fast they went to work. They worked all day with barely a break. The team was amazing like a choreographed ballet. Everyone knew their job and went to it with gusto. At the end of everyday they left the work area clean and never left a mess behind. This was a major undertaking and most companies quoted us a 7 to 12 days. Jason and his crew had it done in 4 days. We had them replace 4 skylights and fix a trouble area that had leaking issues for years. Since the restoration system has been installed we have not had a single issue. More impressive Jason has stopped in a couple times to check in and make sure all was well. Now that’s customer service! We highly recommend Bunkum Valley Roofing for all your roofing needs. They did an exceptional job with dedication and great customer service. When our other building is ready for a new roof guess who we will be calling to do the job.
